Executive Assistant (Training)

Main duties:

• Provide administrative support to the Training Team
• Provide clerical support to registration and training matters 
• Liaise with medical professional and institutions 
• Provide clerical support to research projects
• Assist in office administration and committee work
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary education or above with a minimum of 2 years related working experience with 5 passes in HKCEE or HKDSE, pass in English and Chinese are a MUST.  Fresh graduates will also be considered. 
• Pleasant personality and positive work attitude are a MUST.
• A good team player with sound interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English is a MUST.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Able to work independently with initiative and have a strong sense of responsibility.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test. Preference will be given to those with excellent command of English. 

Those failing to provide current and expected salary will not be considered.

We offer contract gratuity (equivalent to 2 month’s pay), medical and overtime allowance, and 5-day work.
