What you’ll be doing?

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Department
• Responsible for accurate and efficient data entry
• Maintain updated database and the filing system
• Responsible for handling courier service
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Who are we looking for:

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge in SAP system would be an advantage
• 2 – 3 years of relevant experience is preferable
• Independent with strong sense of responsibility, a good team player and pro-actively
• Immediately available will be an advantage
