Responsibilities:

• Provide executive support to the Managing Director including participating C-level meetings and special task force, presentation materials preparation, follow up action items with internal and external parties..etc.
• Participate in projects planning, develop project scopes, schedules and budget according to prescribed criteria.
• Compile status and progress updates of multiple projects and ensure key milestones are met on time.
• Analyse business data regularly to facilitate Management to make effective data-driven, and strategic operations decisions.
• Proactively communicate and work with internal and external parties to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director

Requirements:

• Degree holder of Business Administration or relevant qualification.
• At least 3 years managerial experience in medical/ service industry will be an advantage.
• Independant, mature, self-motivated, good communication skills, highly organized, with a positive “can do” attitude, multi-tasking and willingness to support others.
• A fast learner with an analytical mind, with experiences with data analysis & visualisation tools such as Tableau.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tool such as Asana
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Highly organised, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a strong work ethic.
