• Handle inquiries and complaints from customers in a professional manner
• Assist member in membership related issues including but not limited to termination and suspension, transfer, renewal of membership
• Facilitate logistics and accomplishment of clients' affairs
• Data entry and database update in periodic basis

• Diploma or degree holder
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin included)
• Candidates with prior customer service experience is preferred
• Candidates who are able to communicate effectively and multi-task is mandatory
