Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for Talent Acquisition strategy and end to end recruitment activities with the team.

To cope with the business expansion, they are looking for a Regional TA Manager to join the team (luxury retail line).

Description

• Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needs
• Prepare hiring forecast as part of the company's strategic planning
• Design, plan and execute employer branding activities in the Region
• Source candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures
• Participate in career events, such as organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
• Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field

Profile

• Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
• A minimum 10 years in TA function with roles in back office from retail, luxury, or hospitality industry
• Flexibility for challenges and working in a fast-paced environment
• Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
• Ability to motivate employees
• Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
• Flexible, good prioritization and communication skills, independent and detail oriented
• Strategic mindset with a hand-on approach
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
