Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment process from placing advertising, arranging interview to onboard arrangement and staff orientation
- Support all round HR matter but not limited to attendance checking, maintaining personal records, performance management, insurance renewal
- Provide general administrative support includes but not limited to office supplies and maintenance, staff reimbursement, support top management, courier arrangement, etc
- Coordinate travel arrangements and visa applications
- Assist in organizing company functions and activities
- Any ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above with 1 year’s relevant experience
- Knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance, MPF and other related regulations
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
- Work maturely and independently
- Proficient in PC applications, MS Office and Excel
- Organized, detail oriented, dynamic with strong sense of responsibility.
- Team player with helpful and cheerful personality
- Strong interpersonal skill and communication skill, able to communicate with different levels
- Less experience can be considered as HR & Admin Assistant
