Responsibilities:

•  Assist in recruitment process from placing advertising, arranging interview to onboard arrangement and staff orientation
• Support all round HR matter but not limited to attendance checking, maintaining personal records, performance management, insurance renewal
• Provide general administrative support includes but not limited to office supplies and maintenance, staff reimbursement, support top management, courier arrangement, etc
• Coordinate travel arrangements and visa applications
• Assist in organizing company functions and activities
• Any ad hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or above with 1 year’s relevant experience
• Knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance, MPF and other related regulations
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
• Work maturely and independently
• Proficient in PC applications, MS Office and Excel
• Organized, detail oriented, dynamic with strong sense of responsibility.
• Team player with helpful and cheerful personality
• Strong interpersonal skill and communication skill, able to communicate with different levels
• Less experience can be considered as HR & Admin Assistant
