Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support services to the HR Department
- Handle Training Subsidy Scheme including the processing of new applications, following up on necessary documents & approvals and arranging reimbursement
- Handle employees’ enquiries
- Assist in coordinating employee relations activities, such as AGM cum Annual Dinner and Christmas Party, etc.
- Assist in ad hoc management projects and assignment as requested
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline
- 1 year’s relevant experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, English and Chinese word processing (Pinyin / Cangjie)
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Immediately available is preferred
