The incumbent is responsible for assisting a variety of programmes and activities covering multiple human resources functions.

• Maintain staff records, analyses data and prepares HR reports;
• Assist in organizing staff activities;
• Prepare budgets, verify expenses and receipts;
• Maintain proper filing system and document storage for the department (DMS system); and
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• University graduate in Human Resources or equivalent;
• 3 years relevant working experience;
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint);
• Independent and proactive with sense of responsibility; and
• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
