Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in various Human Resources functions including posting recruitment advertisements, scheduling interviews, preparing employment reference checks and handling new staff on-boarding logistics, etc.
- Input and update personal information and leave records in HR system
- Provide administrative support for staff trainings, staff campaigns and company events
- Assist in Compensation & Benefits functions
- Maintain proper filing system and records
- Support the general office administration functions including receptionist duties
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
- Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management
- 1 year’s relevant Human Resources experience is preferred
- Knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and related legislations
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of HR system is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is an added advantage
