Roles & Responsibilities:

• To provide logistical work for the head office and three branches in Taikoo Shing and Shatin
• In charge of all HR and administration work
• Assist in management of investment properties including sales and letting
• To handle some other interesting and challenging work, such as legal matters (for legal action to recover the arrears of rent or commission) and marketing collaterals (such as managing the company’s website, newsletter, advertisement)

Requirements for Officer:

• Form 6 or above, degree holder is preferable
• 5 years of relevant working experience, of which 2 years are on supervisor level
• Experience in legal matters is an advantage
• Ability and willingness to handle multi-tasks independently
• Analytical & detail-minded, problem solving with good organization & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS office applications including Chinese Word Processing (倉頡/速成)
• Good command of English and Chinese
• 5.5 days per week

 Requirements for Assistant:

• Form 5 or above
• No experience is required
• Experience in MS office applications including Chinese Word Processing (倉頡/速成)
• 5.5 days per week
