Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the recruitment of front line and junior staff
• Conduct staff orientation and contract briefing
• Prepare weekly and management report
• Prepare employment contract and other on/off boarding documentations
• Update organization chart
• Maintain and update HRIS system
• Assist in payroll administration
• Act as HR business partner to fresh market business
• Participate HR projects and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in HR role
• Experience in recruitment of large organizations, property developer or retailers will be an advantage
• Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Proactive, independent, detail minded with “ Can do” attitude
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
