Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions such as payroll calculation, staff movement, MPF administration and tax returns
• Deliver full spectrum recruitment process including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, extending offer and onboard arrangement etc
• Monitor and update staff leave records and attendance records
• Maintain employee data in the HR System and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
• Handle HR related correspondences, filing and data entry in a timely manner
• Assist in HR policy and process review
• Prepare HR reports and analysis
• Prepare related documents for audit purpose
• Perform ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree Holder, preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR field
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance, and other relevant regulations
• Independent, detail minded with strong sense of responsibility
• PC knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• More experiences will be considered as Senior HR & Admin Officer
