Our client is a leading HR service provider with strong presence in APAC. They are now looking for Business Development Manager to join their Sales team in Hong Kong.

Job Description

• Identify and develop new business with corporate clients for HR and payroll services
• Develop and execute strategic plans for target markets and industries to grow sustainable sales pipeline
• Collaborate with cross-country Business Development representatives to conduct account planning for strategic deals across regions
• Extend business networks to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment locally
• Support marketing activities to generate business opportunities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technologies or other disciplines
• 4+ years of business development experience related to HR system or other HR services, with proven track record
• Extensive knowledge about HR solutions, such as HRIS, payroll services, etc.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience can be considered as Business Development Consultant
