Job Description
Our client is a leading HR service provider with strong presence in APAC. They are now looking for Business Development Manager to join their Sales team in Hong Kong.
Job Description
- Identify and develop new business with corporate clients for HR and payroll services
- Develop and execute strategic plans for target markets and industries to grow sustainable sales pipeline
- Collaborate with cross-country Business Development representatives to conduct account planning for strategic deals across regions
- Extend business networks to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment locally
- Support marketing activities to generate business opportunities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technologies or other disciplines
- 4+ years of business development experience related to HR system or other HR services, with proven track record
- Extensive knowledge about HR solutions, such as HRIS, payroll services, etc.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidates with less experience can be considered as Business Development Consultant
