Responsibilities:

• Provide professional Customer Services to our valued clients and schedule appointments
• Handle general front desk duty and billing transactions
• Perform clerical support on administration and operation works;
• Assist to prepare training hand-outs and materials
• Responsible for inventory control, assist in regular stock check and monthly order 
• Assist ad-hoc assignment as required

 Requirements:

• At least 1 years relevant experience in sizable beauty services or retail company is preferred
• Hands on knowledge in computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Proficient in written English & Chinese
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills, with good numeric & logical sense
• Detail minded, independent, analytical & proactive
• Immediate available is preferred
