Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative work and general enquiries from walk-in / phone-in customers
- Handle auto loan paid in full processes
- Collect and process application documents from customers
- Provide administrative support to the team and perform outdoor work when required
- Assist in license renewal, insurance and payment arrangement, loan document checking and preparation
- Ensure the daily operations are strictly adhered to the Bank’s internal policies and procedures
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Secondary education or above
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in auto finance business
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
- Outdoor work required
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Familiar with MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Position offered will be subject to experience
