Responsibilities:

• 配合日常行政、聯絡、文書工作等，完成日常營運事務以及為執行董事處理個人事務
• Provide secretarial and administrative support, handle personal matters for the Executive Director
• 協助執行節目製作的有關工作，統籌、演出和各項活動，如宣傳及推廣等
• Assist in production of event / performance's execution, coordination and various activities, such as publicity and promotion, etc.
• 協助擬寫及策劃音樂演奏內容並分發新聞稿給媒體
• Assist in writing, planning performance content and distribute press releases to media
• 管理執行董事的日程安排並與參與製作的單位聯絡
• Manage the Director’s schedule and Liaise with different parties involved in the productions
• 負責營運社交平台及制定相關項目（e.g. FB、IG、微信公眾平台、小紅書、bilibili）
• Responsible for operating those social media platforms and formulating related projects (e.g. FB, IG, WeChat official account, Xiaohongshu, bilibili) 

Requirement:

• 持大學學位或同等學歷,主修新聞學/藝術管理/創意媒體/市場學或相關學科
• Degree holder or above in Journalism/Arts Management/Creative Media/Marketing or related disciplines
• 良好英文及中文，能操流利粵語及普通話者可獲優先考慮
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua is preferred)
• 具良好電腦操作知識，熟悉MS Office及中文輸入法，如具有影片攝製/編輯/平面設計/修圖技巧或相關知識者可獲優先考慮
• Proficiency in MS office & basic computing skills, knowledge in video shooting, editing, graphic design, photoshop or related would be advantage
• 積極主動、負責、有條理、注重細節及具有良好人際技巧
• Proactive, responsible, well-organized and detail-oriented and an effective team player with good interpersonal skills
• 有機會跟隨有關演出外出工作及外訪
• Working outside and occasional to travel are required
• 按不同項目需彈性工作，如需超時工作會以補假作為補償
• Able to work with flexible working hours to accommodate production schedules, work hours compensation is granted
• 熱愛藝術和文化，具有音樂藝術相關知識者可獲優先考慮
• Passionate about art and culture, knowledge of music and art are preferred
