Responsibilities:

• Provide all-round HR activities while focusing on end-to-end recruitment function
• Assist daily People operations and provide administrative support to all People matters
• Partner with managers on people-related matters. Drive open and direct communication to deliver the best solution/path.
• Design and implement career management and succession plans that align with management needs
• Help drive execution of annual People processes/programs: performance management, talent assessment and reviews, employee engagement surveys etc.
• Responsible to organize employees’ activities to promote a positive organizational culture
• Arrange work permit / work visa application for overseas employees
• Ensure labor laws are complying and serve as best practices for the People team
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, major in HRM is an added advantage
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
• Start-up and TA experience are preferable
• Ability to build relationships within/external parties
• Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
• Confident, independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR system
