Job Responsibilities:

• Office management including but not limited to fixed asset management, procurement and payment, office service contract and business license renewal, etc.
• Liaise with internal and external parties for daily administration operation
• Flight, hotel and visa booking arrangement
• Organize staff activities
• Assist in HR functions including recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding, attendance and HR system maintenance etc.
• Support receptionist and front desk
• Provide administrative support and assist in any ad hoc project assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration
• At least 3 yrs solid working experience in Admin & HR position
• Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Good Command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, independent, pay attention to details and willing to learn
• Capable to face new tasks and challenge and work under pressure
• Fresh graduate is welcome and Immediately available is highly preferred
