Work in the Divorce Service Team and provide support to unit manager in the coordination of centers’ operation, services and projects implementation etc.

Responsibilities:

• To perform administrative duties for centre and service management, implementation, operation and monitoring etc.
• To assist in handling of human resource related issues.
• To support professional team in preparing proposals, service reporting, documentation, funding and financial management etc.
• To be responsible in internal and external communication with related stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in business & communications, administration, public relations or related disciplines, with at least 2 years' working experiences.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Independent, self-motivated, flexible, responsible and willing to work under pressure.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, AI etc.
