Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of administrative support including insurance, licenses and service agreement renewal, materials purchase and equipment maintenance
• Handle travel arrangements and organize related itineraries for the managers and overseas consultants
• Manage the management schedule, coordinate the meeting, and appointment with internal and external parties
• Preform the management meetings, take minutes and follow up on actions taken
• Assist in organizing and preparing materials for meetings and company events
• Handle daily petty cash, payment and expense reimbursement
• Prepare and analyze various Administration & Production reports
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• At least 2 years relevant working experience in Administration areas
• A good team player with positive working attitude
• Detail-oriented and desire to learn
• Good command in both verbal and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Familiar with MS Office application including Word and Excel
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Administrative Officer
• Immediate available is highly preferred

*Working Day: 5 days

*Working Location : Tai Po Industrial Estate (Shuttle bus is provided)
