Job Description & Responsibilities:

- Filing and data processing.

- Preparing documents and reports under supervision of sales & Marketing Manager.

- Performing ad-hoc assistance when required.

Requirements:

- Graduates/ diploma holders or equivalent.

- Minimum 1 year of administration experience is preferable.

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator is preferable.

- Fluent verbal communication skill in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is an advantage.

- Excellent written skill in Chinese and English.

- Independent, diligent, and mature.

- Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), including English and Chinese Word Processing.

- Detail-minded, good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as well-organized.

** Candidate with less experience would be considered as Junior Assistant.
