Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in a full spectrum of Human Resources Duties such as Compensation and Benefits, recruitment, payroll and MPF calculation, employee attendance, leave record, staff recreation activities
• Perform system data entry and personnel record filing, prepare employment contract, new joiners’ on-boarding logistics
• Update and review employee handbook with newly Human Resources policies and procedures from time to time in compliance with Labour Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and Inland Revenue Ordinance
• Provide office administration support
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum one year of solid hands-on Human Resources experience
• HR generalist role in the hospitality / F&B industry is preferred
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF Schemes and other employment-related legislation.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Good computer knowledge of MS Office applications
• Strong sense of confidentiality, responsibility and commitment
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
