Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to lead / coordinate different teams in aftersales service for the effectiveness of overall Customer Service performance in terms of quality and productivity
- Motivate the team leaders on their competence development and succession planning
- Schedule and review the working task appropriately
- Forecast the customer request volume and allocate the staff and resource in advance approach
- Prepare reports for management and HQ
- Review and enhance the operational procedures, services standard and training guidelines.
- Define and execute the improvement plan according to the KPIs with teams and actively monitor performance to meet customer expectations
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with at least 2 years in managerial level; excellent leadership to the teams
- Strong customer service mindset and high commitment to service excellence
- Excellent in interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
- Strong self-motivation, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- PC literate in MS office
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
