Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer and merchant enquiries
• Work closely with other teams to follow up the requests and enquiries from customers
• Provide administrative support as required

Requirements

• Familiar with various MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Independent, diligent and responsible, with a positive attitude under pressure
• F.5 / DSE graduate or above (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service-related position is of an advantage
• Fluent Cantonese, good command of spoken English and Mandarin
