Your Role : 

• Provide comprehensive secretarial, executive and personal support to the leader in all aspects
• Maintain a fully confidential and efficient filing system both electronically and manually
• Serve as a communicator between the leader and teammates 
• Assist in team development and recruitment workflow
• Schedule daily appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for the Director
• Coordinate projects, events, meetings, conferences and other business activities with both internal and external parties
• Prepare Monthly reports, Client review reports , team management reports
• Handle ad-hoc and any other duties as assigned

Ideal Profile:

• F.5 or Above ; Bachelor’s Degree would be advantage 
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience, experience in financial/ insurance industry would be definitely an advantage 
• Self-motivated for improvement and development, positive mindset with CAN-DO attitude, open-minded, flexible, dynamic and with a high degree of integrity
• Pleasant, well-organized, detailed-minded and can work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with MS applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint,Canva is a Plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese)
