Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the department
- Coordinate and follow up the progress of projects and payment
- Assist in internal and external correspondence and maintain proper filing system
- Prepare tender document for the department
- 1-year-contract
- Diploma, Higher Diploma or Associate Degree or equivalent
- Experience in Property Management / Building Services Engineering / Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred
- Initiative, responsible, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills with good command of written English & Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing, etc.
- Working location in Hong Kong Science Park
