We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join the expanding business.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Compensation and Benefits Specialist will be a key partner in Compensation and Benefits and HR analysis.

THE JOB:

• Provide full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits operations but not limited to Payroll Administration, Fringe Benefits Administration, Tax Reporting, Performance Management, Leave Management and other key HR duties as required;
• Act as a key driver in compensation and benefits initiatives including staff cost budgeting, compensation benchmarking and structures, incentive plans designing, total rewards development, job grading, annual benefits policy renewal, performance management, HRIS implementation and C&B-related policy update
• Keep abreast of the market trend and government policy and propose new ideas on HR strategies so as to ensure competitiveness in staff retention
• Set up and monitor HR KPIs to steer the business. Conduct HR data analysis and reporting for management decision
• Be the ambassador to promote HR initiatives by acting as a bridge between the company and the employees by fostering a positive culture and environment to drive employee engagement and retention
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

• Bachelor or above in Business Administration or Human Resources related disciplines
• Minimum 5-year relevant working experience, preferably in MNCs in Human Resources 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in MS Office
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Mature, meticulous and well-organized
• Sensitive to figures with good analytical skills and interpersonal skill
