Your new role
Your objective is to manage recruitment process with the goal of maximizing individual targets and team growth. Working alongside your manager and senior consultants, you will establish a clear talent acquisition plan to build candidate and talent pool of up-and-coming skilled professionals. You will represent Hays to source candidates using a variety of candidate attraction strategies based on clients' needs, as well as manage both client and candidate expectations during the recruitment process. You will act as an expert in the industry to answer all client and candidate needs. Supporting the team's growth plans, you will be a contributor in identifying key clients, job and business development opportunities as well.

What you'll need to succeed
We are now seeking individuals with:

• University Bachelor's Degree
• Ambitious, target-driven and people-oriented personality
• Ability to work under pressure and competitive environment
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese
• Previous experience or a strong passion for a career in recruitment or sales will be a bonus
