Job Description
We are currently looking for administrative staff. The main job duty of this position is to provide administrative and frontline support. On job training will be provided. Performance bonus will be offered on a yearly basis.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Holder of higher diploma or above
Proficient in cantonese, English and Mandarin
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Patient, responsible and well-organized
Immediately available will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and secretarial support in all aspects, including documentation, meeting arrangement, calendar management
Provide frontline service at the reception, handling enquiries from parents
Able to work independently with efficiency
Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
We offer 5-days work per week, off on all public holidays.
Medical and Education allowance will be provided for further career development.
