We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our Human Resources Branch as Human Resources Associate. Key responsibilities include:

• Assist to provide HR services to client departments, including recruitment & selection, staff movement, employee communication & engagement, benefits administration etc.
• Assist to provide support to various HR projects, annual exercises and initiatives
• Assist to update and maintain HR records in the system
• Assist to prepare various HR reports
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor as and when required

• A recognized Degree holder
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of HR related policies and procedures and with good understanding of employment related ordinances and regulations preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Result oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower position
