Responsibilities:
Responsible for all-round HR duties including recruitment, payroll, MPF, employee compensation and benefit and corporate insurance
Assisting in end-to-end recruitment including posting job ads, screening CVs, selecting potential candidates and arranging interviews
To responsible employment contract, on-boarding / off-boarding, employment reference check and new joiner orientation
Support on HRA policy review and formulation
Assisting for general offices administration including procurement of office supplies, vendor and internal coordination and other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in all round HR activities gained from sizable companies in dynamic and fast-moving industry
Able to cope in a fast pace working environment and have effective time-management
Meticulous and strong sense of responsibility
Good problem solving and interpersonal communication skills
Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
