Job Description

Responsibilities

  •          Provide full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, payroll administration, compensation & benefits and staff relations, performance management, company policies & procedures and staff records for employees
  •          Support for formulating and implementing HR strategies, plans, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislations and achieve operational effectiveness
  •          Prepare new hire / exit documents and coordinate all the on/off-boarding related logistics
  •          Manage and handle full spectrum of office administrative in a professional manner
  •          Drive change management across existing and future communications channels
  •          Assist with recruitment process from job description to offer (advertising, receiving, scanning, interviews planning, reference check and offer)
  •          Support with training and development program
  •          Update and filing of employee record
  •          Prepare various management reports and analysis, etc
  •          Assist in any other HR and administration duties as assigned

Requirements

  •          Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  •          Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in all around HR operations, preferably in MNCs
  •          Detail-minded, self-motivated and demonstrates ability to work independently and contributes as a strong team player
  •          Hands-on experience on HRIS
  •          Excellent multi-task skills, able to work with tight deadlines
  •          Well-versed with Asia employment ordinance and regulations
  •          Skillful in interpersonal, time management, communication, and problem solving skills
  •          Independent, proactive, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  •          Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  •          Proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  •          Candidate with less experience would be considered as HR officer
