Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of high quality secretarial support services to Executive Director
- Schedule appointments and arrange meetings and events for Executive Director
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports and other business correspondence
- Handle confidential information and exercise proper document management
- Assist in ad hoc management projects and assignments as requested
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- At least 3 years working experience, relevant administrative experience preferred
- Excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Proficiency in PC software, e.g. PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Mature and reliable with good commercial sense
- Able to work independently, self-motivated and willing to learn
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, balance conflicting demands, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
