JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general reception duties including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, incoming and outgoing mails / fax
• Manage meeting rooms schedule
• Handle inquiries for guests and staff
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Administration Department
• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or above
• 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese typing
