Job responsibilities:

• manage and maintain the daily operation of our centre
• promote the Shichida Method to prospective parents and handle enrolment for new students
• handle enquiries and maintain positive relationships with parents
• provide administrative support to instructors and back-office staff
• assist in seminars and events
• handle ad hoc requirements

Requirements:

• post secondary degree/diploma or higher
• have at least 1 year of working experience in an administrative position (preferably in a school or educational centre setting)
• have experience in a client-facing position
• fluent in English and Cantonese; fluency in Mandarin would be advantageous
• excellent interpersonal skills, organisational skills and computer literacy
• willing to work 5 days a week (alternate between 4.5 and 5.5 days a week with Saturday 9am - 6pm and Sunday 9am - 1pm )
