Job Descriptions

• Responsible for writing and proofreading of general administrative documents, administrative activities, meetings and other relevant documents
• Coordinate and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Review incoming mails / emails / correspondences and route them to relevant departments
• Manage social media content for internal and external, including intranet, website, social media platforms, etc. 
• Assist to team daily activities and ad-hoc project if required 

Key Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration or Corporate Communications
• At least 3 years' experience in administrative support 
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Excellent interpersonal skills, independent, well-organized, proactive and eager to learn
• Knowledge in basic operation adn setup of audio-visual equipment or basic graphic/video editing with Photoshop, AI, InDesign is an advantage 
• Immediate available is highly preferred
