Job Description

• Motivate and ensure community ambassadors are able to provide extraordinary service and foster strong commiunities within the properties
• Supervise daily on-site operations, handle issues and complaints of all properties
• Provide training and support for all community ambassadors
• Strengthen relationship with residents, identify opportunities to boost residents' living experience, increase overall resident satisfaction
• Strengthen brand image

Job Requirements

• 5 years of working experience in people-facing jobs, experience in team leading and management is preferred
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, with influential leadership skills and strong in relationship building 
• Adapt to fast-changing environment and is able to handle sudden situations and resolve conflicts in a calm manner
• Fluent in English (Cantonese and Mandarin is a bonus)
• Prior experience in events management, boutique hotel, service accomodation or co-working space is a plus
