Position: Business Executive

Stationed in the Head Office of Guardforce Group, this position will report directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer (the Group CEO) and is responsible for providing business support.
 

Responsibilities:

• To follow-up the delegated projects / tasks with all operating entities
• To collect, review and arrange the monthly reports from all operating companies
• To assist CEO in setting policies for all new operating companies
• To participate in ad-hoc project
• To co-ordinate the projects with business partners
• To prepare meeting agenda / minutes, presentations and reports
• To do market research 

Requirements:

• University Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• At least 3 years solid experience in business development / marketing / business administration
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Good interpersonal and co-ordination skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Well-versed in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint
