Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform all-rounded reception duties including but not limited to greeting guests/visitors, arranging meeting rooms and handling incoming calls and enquiries in a professional manner
- Coordinate/handle incoming and outgoing mail delivery and distribution
- Handle general administrative duties and provide clerical support
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Requirements
- Tertiary educated with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sizable companies
- Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese, conversational Mandarin is a must
- Familiar with MS Office including Chinese Word Processing
- Immediately available would be an advantage
