PROJECT MANAGER / ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER / BUILDING SURVEYOR

Responsibilities

• Work closely with other team members such as Assistant Building Surveyors / Senior Project Managers
• Attend meetings with clients, contractors and consultants
• Manage renovation works, A&A works and fitting out works
• Prepare reports, proposals, tender documents and specifications
• Carry out contract administration of projects
• Lead consultants team for certain types of projects

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Building Surveying or related disciplines
• At least 5 years relevant working experience
• Hands on experience in handling fitting out works, A&A works and renovation works
• Familiar with Government submission procedures (BD / ICU)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge in MS word, Excel and Project
• Conversant with the use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
• Hard working and able to work independently
• Well organized, self-disciplined and able to work under pressure independently
• Membership with HKIS is a must
• Candidates with less qualifications and experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager / Building Surveyor
