Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for office administration and clerical support
  • Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers or contractors on office supplies and maintenance
  • Monitor filing and document control system to ensure completeness and accuracy of records
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Supervise administrative subordinate(s)

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in office work, preferable in social or medical sector
  • Proficiency in computer literacy
  • Good interpersonal, co-ordination and communication skill
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Administrative Assistant
  • Shift duty including 2 days night shift until 9.30pm per week maybe required
