Description

• Supporting with a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative functions with profession
• Scheduling internal and external meeting as well as arranging the calendar for bankers
• Managing with travelling arrangements and prepare documents according to request
• Coordinating expenses claims and performing administrative duties
• Providing ad-hoc support according to request

Profile

• 2+ years of relevant experience in financial industry
• Great English speaking and writing skills with fluent Chinese communication
• Team-player, multi-tasking, as well as fast-pacing candidate would be preferred
• Embrace financial background MNC firm, and be able to work as a team-player
