Job Description:

• Assist Project Manager and the project team with daily project documentation
• Coordinate site purchasing and other documentation
• Assist in tracking purchase orders with approved vendors for material, machinery, equipment, tools, parts and a spectrum of other supplies or services
• Maintain the inventory record and materials information 
• Assist in project coordination
• Assist with office administration
• Handle clients’ enquiries
• Other duties as required

 Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above 
• Candidates with at least 2 years experience in sales administration 
• Detail minded and outgoing, with good communication & interpersonal skills    
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
