About the client,
My client is a well-established organization in the education sector. They are looking for a talented human resources officer to join their sizable HR team. This role is responsible for handling recruitment duties for the organization. This candidate will enjoy excellent fringe benefits including insurance, monetary rewards and an excellent annual leave package.
Responsibilities of the role,
- Assist and participate in handling recruitment duties across the organization
- Responsible for onboarding process and orientation of new joiners
- Update and manage data of employees in the HRIS system
- Facilitate and monitor the application of overseas working visas for the employees
- Help and support in the preparation of sponsorship documents for the employees
- Ad-hoc task assigned by the manager
Required skills and experience,
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, especially recruitment focus
- Positive and cheerful character as a good team player
- High proficiency in both written and verbal English and Chinese
- Candidate with HRIS experience is a plus
