This role has the responsibility of defining the Talent Acquisition strategy in the APAC region in alignment with the Global Talent Acquisition team.

Job responsibilities:

  • Act as a TA advisor to hiring managers on all aspects of the recruitment process, including recruitment strategies and resourcing channels, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including the development of search plan, execution of the search and delivery to ensure successful closure within the identified time frame.
  • Screen, interview and assess quality talent who are the best fit for the role and aligned with the company culture and values
  • Build stakeholder relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all parties involved in the hiring process are updated and well informed.
  • Directly source for candidates through the use of social media sourcing channels such as LinkedIn and other external online candidate databases. Use proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry related associations, in order to build ongoing passive candidate networks.
  • Actively manage relationships with external recruitment firms to ensure a quick turnaround time and delivery of qualified candidates.
  • Oversees senior level recruitment for China.
  • Handling employer branding and staff engagement activities
  • Other ad-hoc HR tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field;
  • Minimum 8 years relevant work experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
  • Preferred background from Retail, FMCG or Garment etc
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work across with all level stakeholders both internally and externally;
  • Experience of developing and delivering recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn, with can-do attitude and able to work under pressure;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin);
