Responsibilities:

• Work with teams to coordinate projects progress;
• Assist or represent the Managers, negotiate and follow up tasks with customers and partners meetings (Out for work is required)
• Prepare correspondence documents, reports, admin supports etc.;
• Assist in company meetings/ event organising 

Requirements: 

• High diploma or above in business administration / communications / public relations or related disciplines; 
• At least 1 year relevant working experience；fresh graduate may considered
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, high teamwork spirit;
• Good knowledge of MS Office

• 良好的英文和中文口語及書寫能力;
• 具有良好的溝通、協調能力，良好團隊合作精神；
• 熟悉MS Office
