Scope of Duties: 

• Preparation of communication materials between the Company and employees in both Chinese and English
• Prepare reports and presentations on different initiatives
• Assist in coordination of staff recognition programmes and other Company events
• Manage various interest groups of the staff recreational club
• Perform data analysis & other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned
• Respond to general HR enquiries from employees
• Provide administrative support to Manager and the team

Requirements: 

• University graduate in Digital Communications /Media/HR or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a sizable company, desirably in event management or communications
• Experience and knowledge of digital media software tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) as essential with basic graphic design skills
• Video editing experience are preferable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, self-motivating and well organized
• Flexible, multi-tasking, attention to details and able to work independently
• A team player with high initiative and sensitivity, customer focus
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua would be an advantage
