Responsibilities

• Assist the Administration Manager to manage the full spectrum of administration services including procurement, fixed assets management, insurance, repair and maintenance, cleaning services, security and safety and other routine administration functions as well as service contract negotiation and renewal
• Responsible for administrative functions and processes by ensuring day-to-day operations and procedures are running smoothly and appropriately
• Handle contractual matters e.g. sales agreement, consignment agreement, leasing agreement etc
• Responsible to handle ISO policy and update ISO document periodically
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments and projects as required

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or relevant discipline
• Min 3 years administration management experience in retail sector
• Independent, self motivated, positive mindset and responsible 
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Organized, detailed, able to handle multi-tasks effectively and prioritize works to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
