Duties

• Act as HR Business Partner to provide professional HR advices to department leads including but not limited to talent acquisition, resources planning, performance management, employee relations, employee compensation management and salary benchmarking analysis
• Manage and execute end-to-end talent requisition processes including discussing requirement with hiring leads, creating job advertisement, sourcing, screening and conducting interview, preparing salary proposal, making offer and onboarding arrangement
• Explore innovative and effective sourcing channels, coordinating job fairs and advertising activities
• Resolve staff issues proactively, facilitating employee relations and maintaining good communication with all stakeholders
• Handle work injury claims in accordance with Employees’ Compensation Ordinance; liaise with insurance broker and government bodies on rehabilitation plan and medical claims management
• Conduct the salary benchmarking and market research in relations to talent acquisition
• Support continuous improvements in HR policies and HR systems; reviewing and enhancing the effectiveness of HR operational processes
• Assist in compiling HR related statistics, reports and departmental budget
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Degree holder in business or related discipline
• 3 years' HR experience, with at least 2 years in recruitment
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong problem-solving skill, attentive to details and good team player
• Multi-tasking, proactive and self-motivated
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for higher position
