Company Description 

Our client a MNC with footprint globally. Because of business need, a C&B Officer/Associate role is raised for the HR talent to join the team in the HR transformation project.

Responsibilities 

• Perform full set of C&B administration in payroll, taxation, MPF and medical etc
• Assist management in conducting performance appraisal and reward projects
• HR reports preparation such as staff attendance report and payroll accounting report
• Liaise with internal and external parties for daily HR operation
• Handle any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements 

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 1 year’s solid HR & Administration experience with preference in sizable organization.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proactive with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
